Each FreeMason is free to hide or inveil his quality of Mason, but he must not disclose the quality of another brother.
A Lodge is a place where Masons assemble and work ; hence that assembly duly organised is called a Lodge.
Each Lodge is self governed according to the decisions taken by the majority of the Master Masons gathered in a tyled meeting ,but it cannot step aside from general principles of the Free Masonry, nor regulations of the obedience it belongs to.
The Lodges pool together to form Grand Lodges, national and independant Powers, warden of the tradition exercising exclusively and without sharing jurisdiction on the degres of symbolic Free Masonry:Entered Apprentice,Fellow craft,Master Mason.
The Grand Lodges do govern themselves according to their own institutions and to the rules they have duly voted.
They have respect for the sovereignty and independance of the other Masonic Jurisdictions and they refrain from interfering into their internal affairs.
They maintain between themselves the necessary relations for the cohesiveness of the universal Order.
They sign freely Treaties and fraternal aliances between themselves ,but do not
Identify any masonic authority whether national or international higher to them.
They decide supremely their rules and ensure themselves their administration, justice, and internal discipline.
This is how the universal nature of the Masonic Order is maintained within respect of the personality of each national Masonic body ,within autonomy of each lodge and within the individual freedom of each brother so that between all the Free Masons pervail Love,Harmony and Concord.
